The annual Tomosi Group staff end of year party happened at the Lawns, Kololo on the 15th of December 2017.
This year’s end of year party has been unique. At the same event is when Odrek Rwabwogo launched his new book; “Fat Cats and African Farmers” on an invite-only invitation.
In Fat Cats and African Farmers, Odrek Rwabwogo uses a collection of his speeches and short stories to reminisce on how the seed his parents sowed into his life bore fruit inspiring him to become the enterprising man he is today. In much of his writing, the need to inspire the turnaround of Africans to transform their continent is foremost on his mind.
The book contains 36 stories and speeches, 300 pages of easy reading and fun, lessons on leadership, business, family, faith and enterprise development.
There couldn’t have been a better way to close the year on good note than this. There was lots of food, dance and merrymaking. Employee awards, cake-cutting, beautiful speeches and the traditional Tomosi gift-sharing among staff.
